The Josai International University (Tokyo / Togane, Japan), Taichung University (Taiwan), University of Lodz (Poland), The University of Opole (Poland), Aarhus University (Denmark), The University of Palermo (Italy), University of Bucharest (Romania), Autonomous University of Chiapas (Mexico), The University of Passau (Germany), the University of Jyväskylä (Finland) and the University of San Andres (Buenos Aires, Argentina) are all partner universities of our Course. ICM receives students from these universities and students from Dijon leave for the partner of their choice where they spend their third semester (September to February of their second year of Masters study).
All students have a chance to learn the basics of the language of their exchange destination, as well as French during the first year of study in ICM. Students may express a preference for one of the exchange destinations when they apply, but this does not guarantee a place on that particular exchange.
Josai International University is part of the Josai University Group, based in Tokyo, Japan. It is a modern private university with several campuses including one in Togane, where the exchange students will be based.
They 
will follow a selection of courses related to management, global business, and Japanese language and culture. The semester begins in early September and runs until December.
The National Taichung University of Education is a large public university based in Taiwan’s second most-populated city. Students will follow English-learned courses in business-related subjects, and their understanding of the Taiwanese way of life. The semester runs from early September to December.
The University of Lodz is a public research university that was foun ded in 1945 in Poland. Students will be attached to the International and Political Studies faculty Where They May study a selection of modules linked to the ICM race Including Intercultural Communication , Asian Studies, Geopolitics and Security Studies. The semester runs from early October to February.
Aarhus University is Denmark’s second oldest and largest university with over 45,000 students. Students will be choosing their courses from the Faculties of Intercultural Studies and Internatio
nal Business Communication. The course runs from end August / early September to December.
The Autonomous University of Chiapas is a public research
university in Mexico. Courses in the partner programme in indigenous studies based in San Cristobal are taught in Spanish, so full proficiency in the Spanish language is required for the students wishing to go there. The course runs from August to December.
The University of Bucharest is considered to be the most important educational, research and cultural institution in Romania. It celebrated its 150th anniversary in 2014 and currently has a student population of 32,000 with over 1,300 professors.
The exchange is between ICM and the UNESCO Chair for intercultural and interreligious exchanges at the faculty of Philosophy. The course begins in October.
The University of Opole is a sister university within the FORTHEM European University alliance and is situated in the South-West of Poland. Students will be following a semester within the intercultural communication course at the sociology faculty. Classes start in the beginning of October and end at the end of January.
The University of Palermo is situated in the region of Sicily, Italy and its history dates back to the 15th century. Students will be able to choose from a variety of subjects in the areas of geopolitics, migration or management. The fall semester starts in late September and finishes in December.
The University of Passau is situated in lower Bavaria in Germany. Students will be be following a semester within the Intercultural Management Master’s Degree which combines cultural/social sciences with economics. Courses are taught in German, so full proficiency in the German language is required for the students wishing to go there. Classes start in the beginning of October and end at the end of March.
The University of Jyväskylä is a sister university within the FORTHEM European University alliance and is situated in the western part of the Finnish Lakeland. Students will be following a semester within the Master’s Degree in Language, Globalization and Intercultural Communication. Classes start in late August and end in December.
