Instructions for abstracts (for both oral communications and posters)
- Type of communication: talk (15 min), talk (35 min), poster
- Title (Times New Roman 14 bold): max 30 words
- Author(s) (Times New Roman 12): Name(s) with initials and affiliation as superscript number(s). Author presenting oral communication in bold.
- Affiliation(s) (Times New Roman 10): each superscripts from authors list followed by institutional addresses. Email of the author presenting the oral communications or the first author for posters.
- Text (Times New Roman 11): Max 350 words.
Please send a single WORD document as an attachment to acantho10@gmail.com with YOURNAME-ABSTRACT in the title of the message. Deadline for application is May 31, 2022.
Should the number of communications be above the time limit of the workshop, the abstracts would be reviewed prior the acceptance (feedback sent by email, by June 8 2022).
Oral contributions
The length of oral communications is 20 minutes, including questions (15+5). A limited number of communications can be extended to 35 min: please contact the organizing committee upon submitting the abstract.
Speakers should provide their presentation file on a USB memory – flash drive upon arrival on Sunday afternoon-evening. Presentations should be compatible with MS PowerPoint. Projector and laptop (PC) will be available at the site to all speakers before the scheduled presentation.
The conference room is equipped with a PC with Powerpoint and PDF presentation softwares.
Posters
Please prepare a three-minute talk to introduce your poster at the beginning of the poster session.
Posters should be in portrait format (A0: approximately 84 × 120 cm).
There will be an area marked for your poster. Suitable material to display the posters on will be provided on-site.
