Oral Communications should 15 minutes long including questions. Posters should be around a A0 format (84.1 x 118.9 cm ou 33.1 x 46.8 inches) in portrait layout
Abstract submission is now open for both oral presentations and posters.
Please follow the format below:
Oral communication or poster (suppress one as needed)
Title (Times New Roman 12 bold): max 30 words
Author(s) (Times New Roman 12): Name(s) with initials and affiliation as superscript number(s). Author presenting oral communication in bold.
Affiliation(s) (Times New Roman 10): each superscripts from authors list followed by institutional addresses. Email of the author presenting the oral communications or the first author for posters.
Text (Times New Roman 11): the abstract should describe objectives, methods, results and conclusions of research. Max 350 words. NO TABLE. NO FIGURE.
A book of abstracts will be made available as a pdf file just before ICA. No book of abstracts will be printed.
The 18th ICA Colloquium will include three plenary lectures, a true poster session, a full-afternoon cultural trip and, as a tradition, long coffee and lunch breaks. Even if the 18th ICA will be a 3.5 days long Colloquium, a maximum of 60 oral presentations seems to be a reasonable number. Therefore, as in any ICA, the Scientific Committee will evaluate abstracts, and some, hopefully as few as possible, participants will be asked to present a poster rather than an oral presentation. Please don’t consider suitable for oral presentation results being both only descriptive and very preliminary. This type of results are definitively better suited for a poster.
Please send a single WORD document (YOURNAME-ABSTRACT.doc) as an attachment to ica-2019-dijon@hotmail.com with YOURNAME-ABSTACT in the title of the message. Deadline for application is March 15 2019. Scientific commitee will provide an individual answer (positive or negative), sent by email, by April 15 2019.
