Workshop on statistics and 1st annual meeting

From 10-12 October 2016, the ESRs went to Jouy-en-Josas (France) for the 1st scientific workshop of the project organized by the INRA unit MaIAGE. This workshop continued the training they had in July with the Summer School. They learnt about R langauge with gene expression analysis of RNA-seq.
After the workshop, we all met near Paris for the annual meeting of List_MAPS. After one year since the project started, it was an opportunity to see the progress of the project, the first results and discuss the next steps.
