The Young European Physicists meeting will be exclusively organized by the ESRs, under the responsability of the Université de Bourgogne Franche-Comté. In the past, YEP meetings have proven very successful in exchanging experience between the ESRs and promoting cooperation between the teams. The ESRs will learn that the preparation of a meeting requires careful planning of the programme, the timing and the logistics. SCs will provide only general advice. The ESRs involved in the meeting, in particular those taking a higher level of responsibility, will acquire organizational and management skills, also by analyzing what could have been done better. The ESRs will be given the possibility to choose the,location amongst the nodes. The YEP meeting will last 3-4 days.
