Alejandra Andachi Villa
Ecuador
Current Occupation – ICM Student
I am from Ecuador. My professional background is rooted in Supply Chain and Internal Control, which I honed during my time at Nestlé. Additionally, I have an inclination towards research, particularly in the realm of feminist economics. This interest led me to collaborate with FES ILDIS Ecuador on a publication focusing on these topics. Thus, my expertise encompasses both corporate operations and academic exploration within the realm of gendered economic analysis. I am enthusiastic about the program due to its dynamic and distinctive nature. I deeply value the approach to intercultural management, specifically its emphasis on human resources.
Moreover, I am deeply passionate about its diverse curriculum, and learning by doing which offers the opportunity to explore various interests and fields, allowing for potential future specialization while progressing through the course.
